Why 2056?

The goal of building a fully vegan Midwest is a monumental task that will likely take decades to realize. We have to abolish every animal farm, slaughterhouse, puppy mill, kill “shelter,” animal lab, aquarium, petting zoo, and every other animal-abusing institution while also convincing 65 million people to ditch meat, eggs, dairy, leather, silk, honey, and every other animal-derived product. This is not an easy goal, but it is one we have every intention of realizing no later than 2056. Our goal of building a fully vegan Midwest is also informed by the strategic timelines issued by other animal rights organizations, who concur that a vegan world will most likely be realized around 2050.

Isn’t 2056 pessimistic?

There may be unforeseen advances that considerably accelerate the timeline to complete and total animal liberation. Barring an earth-shattering breakthrough, however, it is realistic to postulate that the Midwest should be fully vegan by 2056 given a massive, sustained, grassroots movement in favor of animal rights, a movement we are working diligently to build and effectively mobilize. Our goal, of course, is to do our part in realizing a fully vegan world by 2056, but we are going up against the trillion-dollar animal abuse industry, the pharmaceutical industry, our healthcare system, the media, world governments, and every other industry even tangentially involved in animal exploitation. The work before us is gargantuan, but so is our resolve to build a better world.

How much do products on your online store cost?

As a size-inclusive organization that recognizes vegans (and sentient beings, more generally) come in all shapes and sizes, we charge a flat rate for all our t-shirts of just $24.95, regardless of which size, color, or design you select. We also sell stickers at a flat rate of $3.57, regardless of the size. We plan to expand our collection to feature mugs, tote bags, and other merchandise in the future, and we will update this section accordingly. The full cost of the items you would like to purchase will also always be displayed on our checkout page prior to you completing your transaction.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of just $2.99, no matter how many items you purchase during checkout.

What is your shipping policy?

Printful handles our printing and shipping, and Printful usually processes all orders within 1-2 weeks, though there may occasionally be delays during high-volume shipping periods. Most orders should arrive within 3-4 weeks after purchase, and Printful ships around the world. If you order does not arrive within 3-4 weeks, please email info@projectanimalfreedom.org for an update on your account.

What is your refund/return policy?

As an organization committed to the wellbeing of our community and the individual members therein, we are happy to honor any refund/return requests you may have for 1) defective products that are unused, 2) unusually long delivery times (6+ weeks), and 3) incorrect product shipment. We will issue these refunds as purchase credits only, and the original packaging is required before we make a refund. To request a refund, please email us at info@projectanimalfreedom.org. We strive to respond to all incoming emails within 72 business hours, and we process all refund requests within two weeks. If you would like to return a product, please ship it to 772 Top Notch Lane, Eureka, MO 63025, and we will find another purpose for it. We recommend you return your order via the USPS's Priority Mail. USPS has flat-rate shipping for parcels 70 lbs. and under. Prices start at $7.70. Learn more here.
