This Earth Day, we hosted our first annual Vegan Climate Summit!
Today, our team Project Animal Freedom would like to express our enormous gratitude toward all the phenomenal speakers, panelists, and other event attendees who joined us last night for our first annual Vegan Climate Summit. The outpouring of support we received for this event is truly heart-stirring and a dream come true. We hope you not only enhanced your knowledge by attending this event, but also renewed your inspiration to continue fighting, no matter how daunting the odds.
As Ray Ippolito, Dr. Rao, Lee Hall, and others indicated last night, we have at most nine more years to prevent catastrophic climate change. Nine years. At most. Every act we perform today, both large and small, will be multiplied a dozen times over in the coming decades, both for better and for worse.
