Yesterday, we received a $5,000 donation.
Around 2 p.m. yesterday, I absentmindedly checked our mailbox, covered in a fresh crop of now brown vines, only to discover a letter from Schwab. Enclosed was a $5,000 check.
We would like to extend our deepest thanks to this individual who not only seized onto our mission of building a fully vegan world, but who dared to believe that a small startup in the middle of Midwest has the potential to bring about a full-fledged, full-throttle, full-throated animal rights revolution across the Midwest in just three years!
This donation is especially crucial as it provides nearly half-a-year’s worth of funding; as a small (for the time being), grassroots startup, we know how to run our organization on a shoestring budget. Better yet, we can reinvest this money into other ventures that have the potential to make thousands and, in some cases, tens of thousands of dollars, such as Gateway to Compassion Fest, which we hope to transform into the single largest intersectional, vegan-themed festival in the entire world in just three years.
As we love to remind our dear supporters, none of our work would be possible without supporters like you. We are deeply grateful you seized onto our mission of saving lives, reducing suffering, and transforming the Midwest early on. But now we must ask you to redouble your commitment to building the just, equitable world we all deserve, no matter our species.
Cows, chickens, pigs, rabbits, and animals of innumerable other species are counting on you to free them from utter misery. Will you heed their cries? Their screams? Their howls? This summer, please consider becoming a benefactor of Project Animal Freedom and all the incredible work we already perform. Here is your opportunity to help us revolutionize the entire Midwest until every animal lives safe, happy, and free from the genuine tyranny of factory farms, slaughterhouses, and other animal-abusing facilities.
The animals are counting on you, and they can bear to suffer no longer. What are you waiting for? Donate today!
