“Maximum Tolerated Dose” Screening

A poster for our screening of Maximum Tolerated Dose, an animal rights documentary that covers the cruelty involved in animal testing

Join us this #SlaughterFreeSeptember as we screen Maximum Tolerated Dose, a feature-length documentary that charts the lives of both human animals and more-than-human animals who have experienced animal testing first-hand.

This hard-hitting documentary highlights hauntingly honest testimony of scientists and lab technicians whose ethics demanded they choose a different path, as well as the simultaneously heartwarming and heartbreaking stories of animals who have seen both sides of the cage. Maximum Tolerated Dose aims to reignite the debate about animal testing by bringing these rarely heard perspectives to the fore.

The suffering of more-than-human animals in testing facilities can be harrowing to witness, but it is essential we expose ourselves to the truth, for only then can we amplify their many cries, screams, and groans as vociferously as possible.
